Bright Endeavors, a nonprofit social enterprise of New Moms, Inc., is a job training program committed to helping inner city and at-risk young women, between the ages of 16-24, gain the necessary skills to become self-sufficient, successful adults. Utilizing innovative business enterprise principles, Bright Endeavors assists young women to make positive life changes that lead to a strong sense of self, achievement, independence and direction.

By offering transitional employment through its natural candle and bath product line, Dreambean eco home & bath, Bright Endeavors provides each participant with the guidance and training needed to create a positive foundation that leads to the achievement of personal and professional milestones.

Each Dreambean eco home & bath product is hand crafted, using the finest high quality vegetable waxes and natural bath essentials. Unlike paraffin-based candles, soy and palm wax candles are created from renewable, sustainable resources. While the world's supply of oil shrinks, the only limit to the supply of soy and palm is how much we can grow.

Most importantly, on the job work experience allows participants to develop a successful work history in an environment that fosters teamwork, adherence to scheduling and production procedures, computer usage, professional communication and on-going learning.
